Term of appointment: Two years, except for the Chair, whose term shall be for three years.

Responsibilities/Authority:

• Selecting the site and overseeing the arrangements for the winter meeting of the Policy Forum
• Selecting the site and overseeing the arrangements for the summer meeting of the Policy Forum, which is held in conjunction with the Annual Meeting
• Overseeing the production of proceedings from Policy Forum Meetings
• Corresponding with Forum members and recruiting new members

Frequency of meetings: As needed, at the call of the Chair
